We also started establishing ourselves in Costa Rica’s real estate market. First step is a referral relationship with Blue Water Properties. Next is having submitted all our documentation for residency in CR. Once we have approval, we can legally work in CR. I. The meantime we are becoming familiar with local real estate, and the market works locally.
