We were living in Boston, but coming through Sedona a lot. We decided to start looking for a way to have a second place out here. Damian was recommended to us and we started the process. We were all over the place, a cheap house, only West Sedona, maybe land, maybe not. He stuck with us and never flinched at our lack of direction. He guided us to places we did not think we wanted to go and in the end found the perfect house for us. This took 1-1/2 years. I owned a real estate business in downtown Boston for years, so I know a good broker when I meet one and Damian is a good broker.
Damian and Danielle were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate us. Even when I had the occasional break down over some thing Damian was there to calm me down. Just a wonderful team and we recommend them very highly!!!!

We found Danielle to be a highly skilled professional with a high degree of knowledge of the Sedona area and properties on the market. With only one day to view properties before we headed back to our home in California we contacted Danielle and gave her the detail of the property we were hoping to find. When we arrived in Sedona, Danielle arranged for the viewing of several properties and by the end of the day we found the perfect home we had hoped to find. We returned back home to Californian and Danielle took it from there. She negotiated a fair price for the property on our behalf and made the closing process stress free. During the entire purchasing process we always felt Danielle had our best interest mine. Danielle was also very helpful after the sale by recommending a property management company and other local resources necessary for us to rent the property while we made our transition back to Arizona. Danielle Giann the consummate real estate professional. We met Danielle at one of her Open Houses, Spring 2015. We were impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the Sedona housing market. Danielle asked us key questions about our lifestyle, housing budget, our taste in home styles, lot size, etc. When we met a few days later Danielle had compiled a group of homes for sale that fit our criteria. We spent three days viewing homes, revisiting homes, and exploring options outside of our criteria. We are totally pleased with our experience with Danielle. Danielle has been my realtor for a few years already. Because of her extensive knowledge of the Sedona market and her professional and helpful manner, I really will never use a different realtor in the area. I flip and rent houses for a living, so I like to work with realtors who help me bid in a timely, dependable, intelligent way and who also listen to me, so we can focus only on options that fit my criteria. It has been a great experience working with Danielle.
This was by far, the best and easiest experience I have ever had dealing with an agent, working with Danielle was truly a blessing. She was kind and insightful, being new land owners we did not have any experience on how to approach land ownership, but Danielle had the answers or she soon had the answer for us. I would tell anyone, if they were buying land or a house, she is definitely who I would recommend. On looking for land we had to go out of our comfort level and she was right there as we had to go four wheel drive on several occasions. She also was available for us at less than ideal time frames because we lived two hours away, but she made the time for us and enjoyed the time, by explaining the area and history behind some of the land we looked at. Danielle was of immense help during the whole buying process. I’m from Seattle so was essentially an “absentee” client. We had been keeping an eye on the Sedona area housing market through various web sites. It was through a lucky coincidence that we hooked up and decided to have her be our eyes and ears for a place to purchase as a future retirement home. Moving from Seattle to a warmer drier climate. It did not take long before Danielle knew what our needs and wants were. She gave us a link to a real estate site where she could send us homes of interest. When we could finally make the trip down to view some of the homes, as is usually the case, most had offers or were already sold. But her knowledge and connections in this market quickly found us another home to view. It was perfect. We put in an offer that was accepted and then had to fly back to Seattle. The rest of the purchase was done via phone and computer. Everything from a local lender to the phone numbers of all utility companies were supplied. She went above and beyond what an agent is required to do. The whole process was the easiest and hassle free home I’ve ever purchased. I cannot over emphasize the high esteem I hold for her knowledge of the area, her professional ability, and the friendly, personal care she gave us. If any of our friends or family ever wish to follow our lead, Danielle will be the first person I would recommend them to call.
I have known Damian Bruno and Danielle Giann since 2005. We worked for the same real estate broker in those days. I always admired both of them for their professionalism, integrity and knowledge. So when it came time to sell a home in Sedona, AZ there was no question as to whom I would call. They are caring, cooperative, and easy to work with, but also smart about getting deals done right and protecting their clients’ interests. They worked through a difficult listing situation with patience and perseverance and got the house sold. Call them first. You won’t be sorry.

5-Stars aren’t enough to describe the high level of service and expertise I received from Danielle Giann during my recent home buying experience. Danielle was beyond helpful AND patient with me during the lengthy start- to-close process. I had a lot of demands (some were probably unrealistic) yet she went to bat for me numerous times to negotiate and ensure my dollars were wisely spent. She communicated professionally, honestly, and was always an astute listener even while I wasn’t! Her sense of humor helped me keep mine and I have to admit, despite my stressful moments, I never felt hers. That’s the sign of a pro – and a great human being, at that. While I hope I never have to buy another house again, if I do, Danielle is the only one I wold consider representing me.
