SUPER FUN for all ages: The Village of Oak Creek (VOC) had their seventh annual community BBQ at VOCA on Bell Rock Blvd, Saturday Sept 18, 2021 with hamburgers, hotdogs, face-painting, ice cream and moon bouncy castles, sponsor tents and music.
VOC couldn’t have a BBQ last year because of the pandemic but co-founders/organizers Andrew and Ania Bailor, Heidi & Omar Kenney and Danille Giann & Damian Bruno had lots of fun and organizations participating with tents:
– Verde Valley School
⁃ Rotary of Sedona Village
⁃ Sedona Public Library
⁃ Humane Society
⁃ Sedona Village Partnership
⁃ The new local food bank: Project Fill the Need
Rocky Road Ice Cream with creation of a new tradition and flavor available every year at the BBQ called Javelina Tracks made up of vanilla ice cream with caramel, chocolate covered pecans and graham crackers.
Lots of fun was had by all, despite obstacles, The Village People came together and had fun in beautiful Village of Oak Creek, Sedona, AZ.
