Just a few months after his wife and real estate sales partner Danielle Giann earned a “Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” certification from Coldwell Banker Global Luxury, Damian Bruno is proud to announce that he has been designated a “Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS)” by the National Association of Realtors. This prestigious certification places Damian among 3,500 elite real estate professionals in more than 45 countries.
Damian, who is also a “Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist,” earned this CIPS designation after completing rigorous course work in international real estate practices, demonstrating advanced expertise, and a distinct understanding of the global buyer. This higher profile provides Damian with many more tools and a larger network for real estate in Costa Rica, where he and Danielle now live and work for about half a year. They also still live and work the real estate market in Sedona, AZ.
“Achieving this certification means I possess the knowledge and resources to efficiently work with international buyers,” says Damian, “including U.S. residents looking to invest overseas, foreign buyers purchasing in the U.S., as well as recent immigrants who might be unfamiliar with U.S. real estate transaction practices.”
The couple’s recent accomplishments add to their impressive resume as Damian and Danielle’s Sedona Village Real Estate Group, where they have been Coldwell Banker’s number one realty team, were a CB Sedona Top 20 Team in 2016, 2018, 2020, and 2021, and were a CB Sedona/Verde Valley Top 10 Team in 2019 and 2022.
