Rotary Club of Sedona Village’s very first fundraiser “Tee Up Fore Team Big Park” raises 42k!!!!
The Rotary Club of Sedona Village Satellite is very proud of its first fundraiser “Tee Up Fore Team Big Park.” The Sip & Savor reception held Oct. 6, was sold out and featured silent and live auctions attended by 202 people. Jennette Bill was MC and Fire Chief Kris Kazian moonlighted as auctioneer. Saturday, Oct. 7, the family day saw many activities for adults and kids, culminating in a larger than expected helicopter ball drop of 1,667 balls! Rotarian Jan Groves led a debriefing of the series of Tee Up Fore Big Park Events during the club’s Oct. 12 meeting. She announced the events netted about $42,000 for the Big Park School IB program and the Imagination Library. Congratulations all around for a very successful first Village Satellite fundraiser!!!
Danielle and I are very proud to be charter members of the Rotary Club of Sedona Village!! Big Park school is an integral part of the Sedona Village community and we enjoy supporting the students and teachers/staff in their quest to become a International Baccalaureate School! The event was huge success for the community.
Here is Danielle doing a little Live streaming via Facebook of the Helicopter Ball drop!! 1667 balls way to go Rotary and Big Park School!!
