Sedona Village Coffee Talks – Live Stream Video – Sedona Vacation Rentals and Sedona Appraisals
Join us every Wednesday from 8am until 9am at The Village Grind located in The Sedona Collective right here in the Village of Oak Creek. Come discuss local Sedona real estate with Danielle and I, we will even by you a cup of coffee! Omar Kenney of Bay Equity will be joining us as well to discuss mortgage rates and other lending topics.
We are also excited to announce that we will be using Facebook’s Live Stream technology to bring you live video during Sedona Village Coffee Talk. This weeks topics were the Sedona Vacation Rental market and the new law SB 1350 which takes affect on January 1st 2017. We discussed how the city of Sedona has also passed just recently a city ordinance regulating vacation rentals within the Sedona city limits. The ordinance covers collecting of taxes and having home owners wishing to have a vacation rental register with the city of Sedona. We also discussed appraisals here in the Sedona/Verde Valley real estate market. Omar Kenney of Bay Equity discussed the slow down in the appraisal time Sedona and the Verde Valley is experiencing.
