This was by far, the best and easiest experience I have ever had dealing with an agent, working with Danielle Giann was truly a blessing. She was kind and insightful, being new land owners we did not have any experience on how to approach land ownership, but Danielle had the answers or she soon had the  answer for us. I would tell anyone, if they were buying land or a house, she is definitely who I would recommend. On looking for land we had to go out of our comfort level and she was right there as we had to go four wheel drive on several occasions. She also was available for us at less than ideal time frames because we lived two hours away, but she made the time for us and enjoyed the time, by explaining the area and history behind some of the land we looked at. Her insight into what we want to accomplish helped us decide on the perfect property.
